Why does the video say “Offline”?
If the video is ‘offline’, the stream has not yet started.
I can’t see the video and the game has started.
There are two possibilities here.
1: If there is a logo on the screen, the stream has not started yet.
2: If your screen is black, you may have an older version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.

This likely means your username is already logged in on another browser, or another computer. If you do not want your access blocked, make sure you do not share your username with others.

Do I need a Paypal account to buy a subscription?
No. When directed to paypal’s site, select “Don’t have a Paypal account” and you will still be able to complete the payment process.
Can I watch on an ipad?
Yes, but unfortunately certain older models do not have the ability to play flash video files.
